Tummy Trek

The photo shown above was taken at the Tra Chang Fish Sauce Factory in Rayong.  The factory manager listened to my story about taking a trip around Thailand to taste all the best recipes and products, and gave me free reign to roam around the factory and help the workers.  I worked on the labelling line and helped fill the fish sauce bottles for about an hour.  The boss even gave me a free sample bottle. 

During the 6,002 mile/9,680 kilometer motorcycle trip around Thailand, I took some photos to illustrate the breadth and depth of Thai food. You can look at a slideshow of these photos HERE.
